Jharkhand News: Ajwa Burj launches ‘Ajwa Shine’ construction project in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, September 12: In a major milestone for the development of the Mango area, the groundbreaking ceremony for Ajwa Burj’s latest project, ‘Ajwa Shine’, was held in front of Gandhi Maidan, Mango.

44 commercial shops and 30 residential flats

The project, which promises to redefine the commercial and residential landscape of Mango, will feature 44 commercial shops and 30 residential flats, marking a new phase of growth and prosperity for the locality.

Akram Khan, CMD of Ajwa Burj Promoter and Developer, highlighted the significance of this project, stating, “Whenever the story of Mango’s development is written, Ajwa Burj’s name will be etched in golden letters. Health Minister and Jamshedpur West MLA Banna Gupta has also played a vital role in the area’s progress by improving roadways and flyovers. Ajwa Shine is not just a building; it is a new beginning for the people of Mango.”

He further emphasized that Ajwa Shine will add a new dimension to the commercial and residential framework of the area, offering state-of-the-art facilities and high-quality construction aimed at boosting the economic activities in Mango. Khan also mentioned that the project is being built with modern amenities, ensuring a high standard of living for both residents and business owners.

Modern platform for Mango people to meet their residential and business requirements

The event was attended by prominent figures, including Ajwa Burj CMD Akram Khan, MD Shahenshah Azam, and Director Jahangir Alam, who jointly highlighted the project’s unique features. They explained that Ajwa Shine is designed to meet the growing needs of the Mango area and will provide top-tier facilities for its residents and commercial tenants.

Once completed, Ajwa Shine will offer a modern platform for the people of Mango to meet their residential and business requirements, further accelerating the pace of development in the region.
