Jamshedpur, September 12: In a bid to provide easy access to various government schemes, a camp was organized by the Jugsalai Municipal Council at Ram Janaki Kanya Madhya Vidyalaya, Jugsalai.

410 people attend the camp
This initiative, part of the “Aapki Yojana Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar” program, witnessed participation from the local residents. Around 410 people from Jugsalai attended the camp to avail themselves of the benefits of government schemes.
The camp featured an array of welfare schemes designed to uplift various sections of society. These included the Deen Dayal Antyodaya Yojana – National Urban Livelihood Mission (Chief Minister Shramik Yojana, PM Svanidhi Yojana for Path Vikrita, loans for Self-Help Groups), the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban), as well as schemes related to health, women and child development, and social security.

Some of the key programs highlighted were the Savitribai Phule Kishori Samridhi Yojana, Jharkhand Chief Minister Maiya Samman Yojana, the Sarvajan Pension Scheme, and the Food Supply Security Scheme.

Health checkup camp, counters accept applications for various services
A health checkup camp, organized by the Health Department, also took place alongside counters that accepted applications for various services. These included the repair of roads, drains, hand pumps, and street lights, as well as applications related to cleanliness, trade licenses, water connections, and birth and death certificates.
Additionally, information on Aadhaar updates was provided, and Pragya Kendra facilitated online applications for government schemes.
287 applications received from public
A total of 287 applications were received from the public during the camp. Sandeep Paswan, Executive Officer of Jugsalai Municipal Council, inspected the camp and encouraged people to make full use of the government welfare schemes.
City Manager Rajendra Kumar, City Mission Manager Glenish Minj, Junior Engineers Mukesh Kumar Modi and Tanuj Jain, and other officials such as Shakeel Ahmed Ansari, Ajit Kumar, Pranav Mandal, and Community Organizer Pushpa Tirkey were present at the event, along with representatives from various departments and other dignitaries.
