Ranchi, March 21: CBI arrested Military Engineering Service (MES) cashier Philip Khalkho late last evening.
His arrest was based on evidence obtained following the interrogation of Garrison Engineer Sahil Ratu Saria.
The court has ordered a four-day remand for Khalkho as well, starting from March 21.
After questioning, both the engineer and the cashier will be sent back to jail on Monday, March 24.
