THE JHARKHAND STORY DESK
Ranchi, Dec 18: Cold weather has tightened its grip across Jharkhand, including the state capital Ranchi, with temperatures in several districts dropping below 10 degrees Celsius.
The biting cold has led to dense fog during morning and evening hours, severely affecting daily life as well as air traffic.
Due to thick fog and poor visibility, flight operations at Birsa Munda Airport in Ranchi have been badly hit.

Keeping safety norms in mind, airport authorities cancelled several flights, while many others are operating with significant delays.
