Ranchi, Dec 6: Delhi Public School (DPS) Ranchi has secured the 12th position in India in the latest Education Today National Rankings.
The school has also been placed first in Jharkhand and first in Ranchi under the Top 20 CBSE Schools category.
According to Education Today, a total of 2,167 schools participated in this year’s survey, out of which a little over 400 institutions were shortlisted for national-level evaluation.

The assessment covered 15 parameters, including academic record, teacher development, co-curricular activities, sports, infrastructure and overall performance.
The final rankings were based on jury assessment, Education Today’s analysis and around 1,31,000 parent votes.
DPS Ranchi Principal Dr. Jaya Chauhan received the ranking certificate at a ceremony held in Bengaluru. Speaking on the occasion, she said the recognition reflects the collective efforts of students, teachers and parents, and reiterated the school’s focus on strengthening academic and value-based learning.
