Jharkhand News: ECR issues caution note on speed during Maha Shivratri

Daltonganj, March 8: East Central Railway (ECR) Dhanbad division has issued a caution note to the crew of the railway engine of all kinds of trains, including passenger trains, long-distance trains, shuttle trains, goods trains, etc., regarding speed on this day of Maha Shivratri.

Daltonganj railway station superintendent Umesh Kumar told this correspondent, “The caution note is effective from 12 noon to 10 pm night today.”

The crew of the railway engine has been asked to move cautiously, whistle long, and look sharply out on both sides of the railway tracks on this day of Maha Shivratri, when men, women, and children cross the railway lines to reach the nearest Shiv Mandirs located right across the railway lines.

Umesh Kumar said the caution note applies today to Daltonganj and Kajree railway stations.
