Ranchi, March 19: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ranchi has commenced its highly anticipated five-day Nurturing Future Leadership Programme, which will be held from March 18 to March 22 under the Malviya Mission Teacher Training Programme.
The primary goal of this programme is to foster leadership skills among faculty members and empower them to effectively assume leadership roles.
The inauguration ceremony was graced by Prof Deepak Kumar Srivastava, director of IIM Ranchi.

Importance of collective learning
In his inaugural address, Prof Srivastava underscored the significance of leadership skills and emphasised the importance of collective learning in driving organisational success. He was joined by Prof Rojers P Joseph, Chair-EEC, Prof Deepak Kumar, Prof Angshuman Hazarika, and Prof Tanusree Dutta, who served as programme directors and further enhanced the ceremony with their insights and expertise.

This initiative is part of the Government of India’s vision to cultivate a culture where “Everyone is a Leader,” aiming to build a workforce that is empowered, collaborative, and open to innovation. The programme will encompass 20 sessions meticulously designed to equip faculty members with the requisite leadership acumen and prepare them for leadership roles within educational institutions.
