Jharkhand News: ISTD to discuss how to empower human resources with AI on April 19-20

Ranchi, February 21: The two-day Eastern Regional Conference of the Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD) will be held on April 19-20 at the Conference Hall of CCL, Darbhanga House, Ranchi.

IIM, Ranchi is the knowledge partner of this Eastern Regional Conference.

The theme of the conference is “Empowering HR for Embracing New Technology for Sustainable Development”.

The event will highlight “Artificial Intelligence and New Vistas of Technology in Human Resources”. This is a new topic in the human resources profession, and it is specifically designed to educate the participating audience about human resources.

CCL Director (P) is ISTD, Ranchi Chairman

A preparatory meeting in this regard was held on February 20 in the conference room of CCL, Darbhanga House, Ranchi, under the chairmanship of Harsh Nath Mishra, Director (Personnel), CCL.

Mishra is the patron of ISTD, Ranchi Chapter, and the organising committee chairman.

Arun Kumar Shukla, Ex-CMD, HCL and Head of the Steering Committee of this conference, and Dr Kamakshi Raman, Executive Director, IICM, and Co-Chairman of the Conference Organizing Committee, were also present at the meeting.

According to Vivek Krishna, a Media Committee Member of the Eastern Regional Conference, the mega event will enrich the educational experience and knowledge sharing in Human Resource Development.

HR professionals

The conference will significantly benefit the professionals working in the field of Human Resource Development as well as students and academicians from various government and private universities running in and around Ranchi, who can participate in the conference and benefit from the knowledge-sharing sessions.

NK Ojha, National Council Member of ISTD and former GM, IICM, who primarily supports and guides the ISTD Ranchi Chapter, presented the detailed program of the conference to be held on April 19-20.

Raman Ballabh, another National Council Member of ISTD, assisted him.

Thakur, GM-CCL, Dr Amar Tigga, Dean XISS, Ranchi, Shivaji Kumar, Secretary, ISTD, Mithilesh Upadhyay, Principal ITI, Maiti, Ashutosh Mishra, Treasurer, ISTD, Mohit Jain, IICM, Rekha Pandey And Archana Sinha.
