Jamshedpur, April 25: Members of the Jamshedpur Bar Association staged a peaceful protest on Friday to condemn the recent terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu & Kashmir.

In a display of solidarity with the victims and their families, the lawyers wore black ribbons while attending court proceedings, symbolizing their grief and outrage over the inhuman act.

Describing the attack as a “cowardly and brutal assault on humanity”, the association members collectively denounced terrorism in all forms and called for strict action against those responsible.

“We strongly condemn this heinous and shameful act. No religion or ideology can justify such violence against innocent people,” said a senior member of the Bar Association.

Lawyers also observed a brief moment of silence in the court premises to honor the victims.

Senior advocate Sudhir Kumar urged the government to enhance security measures and ensure that such acts of terror do not go unpunished.
The protest reflects the rising wave of concern and unity across the country in the face of such tragic incidents.
