Yatra’s route

The yatra will start from Agrico Transport Ground at 9.55 am on Saturday, March 21 and like every year, it will return to Agrico Ground via Agrico roundabout, Bhalubasa, Sakchi, Basant Cinema, Kalimati Road, RD Tata Chowk and Police Lines, traversing a distance of around 7 km, paying tribute to the immortal martyrs.

Tiranga Yatra to promote unity and harmony across society

“Through this platform, we make every possible effort to maintain love, brotherhood and harmony in the society,” said Rakeshwar Pandey, a veteran trade union leader and patron of Naman.

The organization has been formed inspired by non-political and non-communal spirit in which eminent persons from every section of the society and every religion and society, medical practitioners, journalists, ex-Servicemen Service Council, editors, labour leaders and various religious and social organizations have been included.

Notably, in 2016, destructive slogans like ‘Bharat tere tukde honge hazaar’ was raised in the country.

This organization was formed in response to this incident and for the first time in the year 2016, Akhand Tiranga Yatra was organised in Jamshedpur which was historic.

Since then, it has become a tradition to take out this yatra every year on March 23, on the martyrdom day of Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev.
