Addressing the gathering, Singh extended his heartfelt wishes for a safe and fulfilling journey. He emphasized the importance of devotion and community spirit, which the Kanwaria pilgrimage epitomizes. “The journey to Deoghar Dham is not just a physical journey but a spiritual one. It is a testament to our faith, unity, and perseverance. I wish each one of you a safe journey and a safe return. May Lord Shiva bless you all,” he said.

Shiv Shankar Singh’s involvement in the event was symbolic of his broader mission to bring smiles and positive change through his organization. “Koshish Ek Muskaan Laane Ki” has been instrumental in various social initiatives, from supporting education and healthcare to organizing community events that foster unity and cultural preservation.

The Kanwaria group, adorned in saffron clothes symbolizing their devotion to Lord Shiva, carried decorated water pots (kanwars) on their shoulders. Their journey to Deoghar Dham is an annual ritual during the holy month of Saawan, where they collect water from the Ganges and offer it at the Baba Baidyanath temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas.
