Jamshedpur, Sept 25: The steel city is all set to experience snowfall indoors with the inauguration of its first-ever snow park, Snow Storm, on the second floor of PM Mall, Bistupur, on September 27.

The attraction promises to bring the magic of Switzerland and Kashmir right into the heart of Jamshedpur, offering residents and visitors an experience of sub-zero temperatures without leaving the city.

Spread across 6000 sqft area, a specially designed indoor space, Snow Storm will recreate a snowy wonderland with temperatures dipping as low as –10°C. The venue has been built as a family-friendly entertainment zone, combining adventure, leisure, and scenic backdrops for visitors of all age groups. Timings will be from 11:00 am to 11 pm.

The snow park will feature snow slides and tubing tracks for thrill-seekers, a DJ dance rink with live beats in a snowfall-like atmosphere, and dedicated snow play zones for children. Cozy igloos, family rides including a merry-go-round, and scenic photo backdrops will make the experience memorable.

For visitor safety and comfort, winter jackets, gloves, and gumboots will be provided with every ticket. Organizers have made it compulsory for visitors to wear socks, which can also be purchased at the park counter. Officials have assured that the facility is being maintained with strict hygiene and safety standards.

Conveniently located inside PM Mall, Bistupur, Snow Storm will complement the mall’s shopping and dining options, creating a one-stop destination for families, couples, and groups of friends. With ample parking and supporting facilities, the park is expected to become a major attraction in the city.
