Jamshedpur, June 10: The suicide prevention centre, Jeevan, Jamshedpur, conducted a workshop titled “Empowering Oneself Emotionally by Understanding and Handling Stress Properly” for NCC cadets.
700 NCC cadets attend the session
The workshop was organised at the invitation of the 37 Jharkhand Battalion NCC/Army camp and held at NIT, Adityapur. Approximately 700 NCC cadets attended the session.
The hour-long workshop aimed to provide cadets with essential tips on identifying and understanding stressors. During the session, cadets engaged in a happiness quiz and learned techniques to quantify and manage their stress levels effectively.
The session was attended by several officers, all of whom highly appreciated the initiative. Cadets were encouraged to reach out to Jeevan for support if they ever felt overwhelmed by stress.
