Ranchi, Dec 26: A person who was going to deposit money in the bank has been robbed of 13 lakh rupees. This incident took place on Thursday afternoon near Kathitand in the Ratu police station area of the district.
The criminals on a motorcycle snatched 13 lakh rupees from the person who had come to deposit the money at the SBI bank and fled.

According to reports, the motorcycle-borne criminals had been following the person coming to deposit money from a distance. As soon as they found an opportunity, they snatched the bag filled with money and fled.
Upon receiving information about the incident, the police arrived at the spot and started checking CCTV footage. They are also gathering information from the victim regarding the incident.
To arrest the criminals, the police have started a checking campaign at various intersections and crossroads.
