Jamshedpur, Dec 31: The Seraikela-Kharsawan District Transport Officer (DTO) issued a circular today imposing No Entry regulations in the district in view of CM Hemant Soren’s visit to Kharsawan block tomorrow, January 1.
The CM will pay tributes to martyrs of the Kharsawan massacre at the Shahid Sthal in Kharsawan block.
Special preparations have been made to regulate traffic arrangements in view of the Shahid Diwas.
A complete ban has been imposed on heavy commercial vehicles including trucks, trailers etc., between 5 am and 10 pm tomorrow between Seraikela’s Birsanagar Chowk to Korse Munda Chowk.

No Entry restrictions for heavy vehicles were also imposed between Aamdar and Birsa Munda Chowk.
Movement of heavy vehicles has been also banned between Sini and Plus Two High School Road in Kharsawan.
No Entry Restrictions would also be in force in two other road stretches– one linking Kuchai with Korse Munda Chowk and the other linking Rangaon and Korse Munda Chowk.
During this period, the operation of all types of heavy vehicles except buses will be completely prohibited.
This measure is implemented to minimize traffic congestion and potential accidents due to increased pedestrian activity.
Similarly, No Entry regulations would be imposed in Jamshedpur banning entry of heavy vehicles into the city in view of the New Year Day celebrations.
