Jamshedpur, Sept 11: The Adityapur-based Netaji Subhash Medical College & Hospital (NSMCH) has secured approval to admit 100 students to its MBBS program from October 2025, marking a milestone for Jharkhand’s medical education sector.
The 650-bed hospital has already built a strong foundation, with 241 doctors rendering services and 153 surgeries successfully performed.

It offers specialized care in orthopaedics, general surgery, gynaecology, and ENT, along with a blood bank that has a storage capacity of 100 units.

The recognition of 100 MBBS seats is expected to not only enhance opportunities for aspiring doctors but also strengthen healthcare services in the region.
NSMCH has set its vision on advancing both medical education and public health, making a significant contribution to Jharkhand’s healthcare landscape.
