Jamshedpur, August 5: Class 8 student Shrijita Sen of S.D.S.M. School for Excellence brought laurels to her school and the state of Jharkhand by winning three gold medals in the CBSE Cluster-III Zonal Swimming Championship 2025–26.
Competing in the Under-14 Girls category, Shrijita secured top positions in the 50m, 100m, and 200m breaststroke events, showcasing her excellence across multiple distances in the demanding stroke category.

The championship was held from August 2 to August 5 at Delhi Public School, Patna, and saw participation from top swimmers across the zone.

Shrijita’s outstanding performance was met with pride and celebration at her school. School President Diwakar Singh and Principal Mousami Das congratulated her on her achievement and conveyed their best wishes for her future sporting journey.
