Sona Devi University and CII-Young Indians ink MoU

Jamshedpur, April 4: A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Sona Devi University and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) – Young Indians at the university’s Ghatshila campus on Friday.

The agreement will be effective for three years and aims to provide a significant platform for students to enhance their professional development and leadership skills.

Youth to Contribute in Building a Developed India

Young Indians is a prominent initiative of the CII with over 6,250 active members, operating across 66 cities in India.

As per the agreement, Young Indians will annually enroll 250 students from Sona Devi University in their programs, engaging them in nation-building and community service activities.

New Direction for Academic Collaboration and Skill Development

Both institutions will collaborate on educational initiatives and participate in various activities through mutual consent.

Young Indians will offer students opportunities in planning, self-development, skill enhancement, and leadership growth.

This initiative will help students focus on their personal growth while contributing to the development of society and the nation.

Present at the event from Sona Devi University were Chancellor Prabhakar Singh, Dr. Neet Nayana, and Dr. Saikat Chakraborty.

Representing the Confederation of Indian Industry – YI were Ankita Naredi and Ujjwal Mahto.

The MoU was officially signed by assistant registrar Archana Singh and Mokshita Gautam.
