Jamshedpur, August 31: South Eastern  Railway (SER) has decided to run two festival special trains in an attempt to clear the extra rush of passengers.

06089/06090 MGR Chennai Central-Santragachi-MGR Chennai Central Special

06089 MGR Chennai Central-Santragachi Special will leave MGR Chennai Central every Wednesday from September 4 to November 27 at 1.30 pm and will reach Santragachi at 8.50 pm, the next day.

In the return direction, 06090 Santragachi-MGR Chennai Central Special will leave Santragachi every Thursday from September 5 to November 28 at 11.40 pm and will reach MGR Chennai Central at 9 am, the third day.

The special train will have stoppages at Baleshwar and Kharagpur in SER jurisdiction.

01107/01108 LTT Mumbai-Santragachi-LTT Mumbai Special 

01107 LTT Mumbai-Santragachi Special will leave LTT Mumbai on October 29 and November 5 at 8.15 pm and will reach Santragachi at 5 am, the third day.

In the return direction, 01108 Santragachi-LTT Mumbai Special will leave Santragachi on October 31 and November 7 at 3.50 pm and will reach LTT Mumbai at 11.45 pm, the next day.

The special trains will have stoppages at Jharsuguda, Rourkela, Chakradharpur, Tatanagar and Kharagpur in SER jurisdiction.
