Dhanbad, April 8: Three students of Delhi Public School (DPS) Bokaro — Aryan Kumar, Malvin Parira, and Ananya Priya — have been invited to participate in an educational project in Italy, scheduled to take place from June 12 to June 30.

Global Opportunity Under EU’s Erasmus+ Program

The project, organized under the aegis of the European Union’s Erasmus+ body, aims to provide students with a platform to enhance their proficiency in the German language while experiencing a diverse cultural environment.

According to DPS Bokaro officials, only around 25-30 students are selected globally for this prestigious programme. The three students were recognized today during the school assembly for their outstanding achievement.

Fully Sponsored Programme with International Exposure

“This is a fully sponsored programme, covering all expenses including travel, accommodation, and food. The selected students will be taken on excursion trips to various cities in Italy, as well as to Munich in Germany. They will have the unique privilege of interacting with international participants, promoting cross-cultural collaboration,” said a school official.

The students underwent a rigorous selection process, which included a comprehensive interview assessing their proficiency in German and their overall knowledge of the language. They have also participated in various German language camps in the past, paving the way for this significant achievement.
