Jamshedpur, Nov 23:  Congress candidate from Mahagama seat (18) Deepika Pandey Singh, JMM’s Mithilesh Thakur from Garhwa (80) and JD(U) ‘s Gopal Krishna Patar, popularly known as Raja Peter from Tamar seat (58) were trailing behind in their respective seats after different rounds of counting.

All three candidates have Jamshedpur connection as they had spent their earlier days here in the steel city.

1) Ashok Kumar (BJP): 44569 votes

2) Deepika Pandey Singh (Congress): 42912 votes.

*Deepika Pandey trails by 1,657 votes. Counting in Mahagama seat will continue till 23 rounds
