Jharkhand State Paralympic Athletics Championship on Feb 2

Ranchi, January 27: The Jharkhand State Paralympic Athletics Championship, along with selection trials, will take place at Morhabadi Ground in Ranchi on February 2.

Sharing this information, Avinash Kumar, General Secretary of the Jharkhand State Paralympic Athletics Association, stated that the performance of athletes in this competition will determine the selection of the Jharkhand team for the 23rd National Paralympic Athletics Championship.

The 23rd National Paralympic Athletics Championship is scheduled to be held at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, from February 17 to 20.

Avinash Kumar also mentioned that interested participants must submit their name, age, district, and the events they wish to compete in. The championship will commence at 10 AM on February 2. Athletes will be selected based on the Minimum Qualifying Standard (MQS).

“The National Championship is not just a competition but a platform for athletes to showcase their hard work, resilience, and determination,” said General Secretary Avinash Kumar.
