Jharkhand: Two MBA students of Arka Jain University bag job in Axis Bank

Jamshedpur, Feb 26: Arka Jain University witnessed a significant achievement in its recent campus placement drive, organised by Axis Bank, a prominent player in the private banking sector.

Axis Bank conducted the placement drive in an online format, attracting MBA students from Arka Jain University.

Following a rigorous selection process, Axis Bank announced the selection of two promising MBA students from the university.

Johnson Ekka, specializing in MBA Finance and Marketing; and Payal Dutta, pursuing MBA HR and Marketing, emerged victorious in securing coveted positions as Assistant Managers in Axis Bank. Both students have been offered an annual package of Rs 4.44 lakh by the bank, marking a significant milestone in their budding careers.

The campus placement drive, targeted at MBA students graduating in 2024, garnered participation from enthusiastic students aspiring to kickstart their professional journeys.

The job locations for the selected candidates include prominent cities such as Mumbai, Kolkata, Noida, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Ahmedabad, with each student being assigned to an Axis Bank branch in one of these cities.

University Director commends success of students, faculties

Himanshu Sinha, the Placement Head at Arka Jain University, played a pivotal role in orchestrating the successful placement drive.

Dr. Amit Srivastava, the Director cum Registrar of the University, expressed pride in the achievements of Johnson Ekka and Payal Dutta, attributing their success to hard work and dedication.
