Jamshedpur, Feb 3: Mainly clear sky and dry weather are expected to prevail in Jharkhand for the next 48 hours, said a bulletin issued by IMD’s Ranchi Met Centre today.
Weathermen said fog and mist will continue to prevail in the morning.
The minimum temperature will also witness a slight fall in the next one or two days thereafter the minimum temperature will witness a gradual rise.
The Met Centre also did not rule out the possibility of light rain especially in northern parts of the state on Monday and Tuesday, February 5 and 6.

Meanwhile, jet stream winds of the order up to 140 knots at 12.6 km above mean sea level continue to prevail over North India.
A fresh Western Disturbance is likely to affect Northwest India from today.
Ranchi today recorded a minimum temperature of 12.6 degrees Celsius while Jamshedpur recorded 13.4 degrees Celsius.
Daltonganj today recorded a minimum temperature of 10.1 degrees Celsius while Bokaro Steel City recorded a minimum temperature of 10.5 degrees Celsius.
