Jamshedpur, April 17: Dry weather would prevail in all 24 districts today, predicted weather office today.

Moreover, the maximum temperature is expected to touch an oppressive 43 degrees Celsius in places like Godda, Seraikela and several other parts of the state.

The maximum temperature is expected to fluctuate between 41 and 42 degrees Celsius in Jamshedpur, Deoghar, Daltonganj, Chaibasa and Garhwa.

Satellite pictures suggested that a trough runs from cyclonic circulation over eastern Bihar to south Chhattisgarh across Jharkhand and Odisha at 0.9 km above the mean sea level.

Weathermen ruled out the possibility of rain in the next three days. According to weathermen, thundershowers and lightning activity over the state are expected after April 21.
