Jamshedpur, May 14: Brace for hot and humid weather conditions as IMD’s Ranchi Meteorological Centre today issued a forecast of dry weather with a gradual rise in maximum temperature during the next few days.
The forecast suggests a gradual rise in maximum temperature by 3-5°C during the next four days.
According to weathermen, the cyclonic circulation over eastern Jharkhand at 1.5 km above mean sea level persists.
This might also trigger light rain with thunderstorms at isolated places over north-eastern parts later in the day today.

Last evening several places in Kolhan and central Jharkhand witnessed thunderstorms and lightning activity.
Reports of rain also poured in from some places.
Met statistics revealed that the maximum temperature fluctuated between 34 and 39 degrees Celsius in most places across the state during the past 48 hours.
