Jamshedpur, Dec 6: IMD’s Ranchi Meteorological Centre issued a forecast of heavy fog in isolated places across Jharkhand tomorrow.
Weathermen said heavy fog would disrupt morning visibility in isolated places. Fog would result in poor visibility which might go below 1000 metres at some places.
The minimum temperature would witness a downward trend in the next 24 hours after which the minimum temperature is expected to witness a rise.
The Met department also predicted light rain on Sunday due to the impact of a western disturbance passing through northern parts of the country.
Met statistics revealed that Ranchi today recorded a minimum temperature of 13 degrees Celsius while Jamshedpur recorded 13.8 degrees Celsius.
Daltonganj, the Palamu headquarters today recorded the minimum temperature of 11.9 degrees Celsius while Bokaro recorded 10.6 degrees.
