Jamshedpur, July 8:  Light to moderate rain will be experienced in several districts today, said a bulletin issued by IMD’s Ranchi Meteorological Centre.

Weathermen ruled out the possibility of heavy rain in any district today.

The monsoon trough at mean sea level was today passing through Bikaner, Sikar, Gwalior, Sidhi, Daltonganj, Contai and thence southeastwards to northeast Bay of Bengal and extends up to 0.9 km above mean sea level.

The cyclonic circulation over southwest Uttar Pradesh and its neighbourhood was lying over northeast Rajasthan extending up to 4.5 km above mean sea level.
