Jamshedpur, March 31: The excitement is building as the Jharkhand Chapter of the World Fitness Federation (WFF) of Yogasana Sports India gears up to host the “Jharkhand State Yogasana Sports Championship” on April 7th at Bistupur Milani Hall.

With participants ranging from 5 years to above 60 years of age, this event promises to be a celebration of fitness and wellness.

Organised under guidance of Yogaguru Anshu Sarkar

Organized by the World Fitness Federation (WFF) of Yogasana Sports India, under the guidance of Yogaguru Anshu Sarkar, President of WFF and founder of Sarkar Yoga Academy, the championship will feature a wide range of events catering to different age groups.

From sub-juniors to super seniors, and even a special category for moms and individuals with disabilities, there’s something for everyone to showcase their yoga prowess.

Fostering inclusivity and unity in health and competition

Highlighting the inclusivity of the event, Anshu Sarkar emphasized the importance of online registration for all participants. The competition will kick off at 8 am and culminate with a grand prize distribution ceremony at 6 pm.

In a gesture of support, WFF International President Shivam Bhaduria will grace the inauguration ceremony as the chief guest. The award distribution ceremony will be presided over by District Deputy Commissioner Ananya Mittal, with esteemed guests including Raj Kumar Gupta, Chief Executive Officer of JAP IT (Government of Jharkhand), Probal Ghosh, Vice President (Shared Services) of Tata Steel, and other dignitaries.

With participants from various districts of the state expected to converge for this prestigious event, the Jharkhand State Yogasana Sports Championship promises to be a memorable celebration of health, harmony and competition.
