THE JHARKHAND STORY NETWORK

Ranchi, June 24: The Harivansh Tana Bhagat Indoor Stadium at Khelgaon witnessed an outpouring of talent and enthusiasm this morning as the Pratibha Samman Ceremony 2025, organised by the Public School and Children Welfare Association (PASWA), united thousands from across Jharkhand in a celebration of student achievement. The event, packed to capacity, underscored the state’s commitment to nurturing young minds.

Statewide Gathering of Students, Educators and Dignitaries

The stadium was a sea of faces: students, parents, teachers, principals and community leaders from every district of Jharkhand gathered to honour academic excellence and emerging talent. The event was more than just an awards ceremony—it was a declaration of educational pride, with palpable energy resonating throughout the venue.

National Figure Highlights Talent Need

Deepika Pandey Singh, Rural Development Minister, elevated the occasion with her presence and address. “There is no dearth of talent in the soil of Jharkhand; what is needed are platforms that give them flight,” she emphasised, applauding PASWA’s efforts as the “backbone of Jharkhand’s education movement.”

Describing student life as the cornerstone of future success, she called for equitable access to direction, guidance and opportunity—values at the heart of the ceremony. She also expressed gratitude to the parents and educators whose steadfast support plants the seeds of a stronger society.

Institutional Endorsement by PASWA Leaders

Dr. Rameshwar Oraon, former Finance Minister and Chief Patron of PASWA, addressed the gathering, noting the event would “give a new direction to the self-confidence and value-based education of children.” Following his remarks, Dr. Ram Singh (Principal, DPS Mathura Road, New Delhi), MK Sinha (Principal, DAV Kapil Dev), Rajiv Chatterjee (representing Vasudev Chatterjee Smriti Foundation), and other esteemed academicians honoured students and offered words of encouragement.

Student Voices Resonate

Alok Kumar Dubey, National President of PASWA and programme presiding officer, received a standing ovation after delivering an impassioned message:

“Today, a history has been created on the land of Jharkhand. This is not just an event of awards, but an event of honouring talent, hard work and dreams. Until education is made a festival, the construction of society will remain incomplete.”

His remarks reaffirmed PASWA’s dedication to fostering student success and celebrating educational achievement as a communal festival.

Seamless Execution — Every Detail Accounted For

The PASWA team spent months planning the meticulously executed event. From registration and prize distribution to stage coordination, security, guest reception and media liaison, each detail was handled with precision—evident in the smooth flow of the programme and the satisfaction of attendees.

Cultural Showcase Inspires

Enlivening the ceremony were vibrant cultural performances featuring dance, song and traditional folk acts. Students showcased their talents, bringing regional art forms to life and elevating the festive atmosphere—eliciting thunderous applause from the audience.

A Milestone in Jharkhand’s Educational Landscape

The Pratibha Samman Ceremony 2025 stands as a pivotal moment for Jharkhand’s educational development. By celebrating young achievers and spotlighting the work of parents, teachers and institutions, the event laid a foundation for sustained academic excellence. With such initiatives gaining momentum, Jharkhand is poised to transform student talent into a national asset in the years to come.
