His appointment, cleared by the central government on August 8 following the Supreme Court Collegium’s recommendation on July 28, was formalised on Monday with an oath administered by Chief Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya.
The swearing-in, attended by senior judges, prominent lawyers, and Justice Yadav’s family, marked a notable addition to the court’s roster.
