Bengaluru, Feb 7: The Karnataka High Court on Friday dismissed RTI activist Snehamayi Krishna’s petition seeking a CBI probe into the MUDA site allotment case, in which Chief Minister Siddaramaiah faces allegations of irregularities.
The case involves the allotment of 14 sites by the Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) to his wife, Parvathi B M.
Justice M Nagaprasanna ruled that there was no evidence suggesting the Lokayukta’s investigation was biased, flawed, or inadequate to warrant a transfer to the CBI and the petition was subsequently dismissed.
