Mumbai, Dec 14: The new poster for the upcoming crime series ‘Killer Soup’ was released by the show’s creators on Thursday.
OTT platform Netflix will begin streaming ‘Killer Soup’ on January 11. Click the below link to check the poster:
On Instagram, the streaming service Netflix posted the poster with a caption that read, “A story so bizarre, you need to watch it to believe it. Know the ingredients of this Killer Soup starring Manoj Bajpayee, Konkona Sensharma and Manoj Bajpayee coming to you on 11 Jan only on Netflix.”
The lead roles in ‘Killer Soup’ are played by Manoj Bajpayee and Konkona Sensharma.
The Netflix series, which is directed and co-written by Abhishek Chaubey and produced by Honey Trehan and Chetana Kowshik, stars Manoj Bajpayee, Konkona Sensharma, Nasser, Sayaji Shinde, and Lal among its talented ensemble.

A crime beyond imagination, enriched with Chaubey’s trademark dark humor, ‘Killer Soup’ promises audiences a distinctive experience. Swathi Shetty, an aspiring but untalented home chef, devises an unconventional scheme to replace her husband, Prabhakar, with her lover, Umesh. However, the entry of a fumbling local inspector and novice villains into the mix disrupts her carefully crafted plot, resulting in a cascade of unexpected events and chaos.
Director Abhishek Chaubey shared insights about the show, stating, “With ‘Killer Soup,’ we wanted to give the audience permission to laugh and also be totally shocked with a crime thriller that blends in humour and quirkiness. It is a pot-boiler sent completely over the top with an exceptional cast including Manoj Bajpayee, Konkona Sensharma, Nasser, Sayaji Shinde and Lal. Through this series, I wanted to serve up something exceptional with Netflix and it has been a creatively fulfilling experience with them.”
