Nayab Singh Saini sworn in as CM of Haryana

Panchkula, Oct 17: Nayab Singh Saini took the oath of office as the Chief Minister of Haryana for a second time as the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government has been formed in Haryana for the third consecutive time.

At a ceremony held at Dussehra Ground in Sector 5, Panchkula, Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya administered the oath of office to Nayab Saini and his council of ministers.

Apart from Nayab Saini, 13 MLAs also took oath as ministers in the program. MLA Anil Vij was the first to take oath as minister. After this, Kishan Lal Panwar, Rao Ranbir Singh, Mahipal Dhanda, Vipul Goyal, Shyam Singh Rana took oath as ministers followed by the remaining.

The ceremony was attended by several distinguished guests, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, and Union Ministers Nitin Gadkari and Rajiv Ranjan Singh.

Chief Ministers from BJP-led states, such as Himanta Biswa Sarma of Assam, Bhupendra Patel of Gujarat, and Yogi Adityanath of Uttar Pradesh, were also present. Furthermore, other NDA leaders, including Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan, and Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde, joined the event in Panchkula.
