Madhubani, April 24: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in a powerful address from Bihar’s Madhubani on National Panchayati Raj Day, declared that India will relentlessly pursue the perpetrators of the Pahalgam terror attack and ensure they face retribution beyond their imagination.

Asserting that the spirit of 140 crore Indians cannot be broken by terrorism, he promised that those behind the April 22 massacre will face justice, no matter where they try to hide.

Calling for national unity and collective strength, PM Modi urged the nation to stand firm in its resolve against terrorism. “From the soil of Bihar, I want to make it clear—India will not stop until each terrorist, their handlers, and those who support them are held accountable. The entire nation is grieving, but our pain has only strengthened our resolve,” he stated.

Expressing gratitude to global leaders who extended their solidarity with India, the Prime Minister emphasized that all humanity stands together against such brutality. He noted, “Everyone who values human life is with us. Terrorism will not go unpunished.”

Before beginning his speech, PM Modi led a moment of silence to pay tribute to the innocent lives lost in the Pahalgam attack, inviting all present to join him in remembrance. “Let us honor the victims and express our collective grief,” he said, closing the observance with the solemn chant of “Om Shanti.”
