Rahul Gandhi pulls coal-laden bicycle at Chuttupalu valley in Jharkhand

Ramgarh, February 5: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, leading the Bharat Jodo Nyay yatra, spotted a young man carrying coal on a bicycle while passing through the Chuttupalu valley of Ramgarh on the way to Ranchi.

He stopped the convoy and pulled the bicycle laden with coal. Rahul also talked to the young labourer.

He said that the income of these youth, who walk 30-40 kilometres daily carrying 200 kg weight, is nominal. “Their problem cannot be understood without walking with them or feeling their weight. If the lives of these young workers slow down, then know that the wheel of building India will also stop.

The ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ started from Sidhu Kanu Maidan in Ramgarh district.

Rahul Gandhi reached Gandhi Chowk from Sidhu Kanu Maidan via Chatti Bazaar in his open jeep, where he paid tributes to Bapu and proceeded towards his destination.

Jawahar Bal Manch

On the way, Rahul saw the exhibition organised by Jawahar Bal Manch and stopped his convoy.

Children welcomed Rahul Gandhi by giving them rose flowers. After this, he made the children sit in his jeep and got selfies and photographs taken with them. Rahul interacted and had a lot of fun with small children.

Meanwhile, children raised their voices in support of Rahul. Standing in his car, Rahul Gandhi greeted the common people, supporters, and Congress workers.

The convoy moved ahead via Subhash Chowk, Block Chowk of Ramgarh and reached the martyrdom site of Shahid Sheikh Bhikhari and Tikait Umrao Singh, where Rahul Gandhi paid tribute to both the freedom fighters.

Security arrangements

Strict security arrangements were made for Rahul’s Nyay yatra. Many leaders and workers, including Jharkhand Congress state in-charge Ghulam Ahmed Mir, State President Rajesh Thakur, State Working President Shahzada Anwar, State Secretary Shantanu Mishra, State General Secretary Baljit Bedi, District President Munna Paswan, Mamta Devi participated in the Nyaya Yatra along with Rahul.

A lot of excitement was seen among the supporters in Ramgarh city regarding Rahul’s visit.

Thousands of crowds had gathered on the road since morning. Thousands of people were seen on the streets to get a glimpse of Rahul Gandhi.
