Bhopal, July 8: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Lal Yadav expanded his cabinet on Monday, appointing Ramniwas Rawat, who recently switched to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), as a Cabinet Minister.
The swearing-in ceremony took place at Raj Bhavan in Bhopal.
Rawat was administered the oath by Governor Mangubhai C. Patel, with Chief Minister Mohan Yadav also in attendance.

After taking the oath as a minister in the Madhya Pradesh Cabinet, Rawat expressed his gratitude to the Chief Minister and the party. He said he was thankful for the opportunity and promised to carry out any responsibilities assigned to him with full dedication.
CM Yadav extended his congratulations to Rawat, believing that the new minister would bring benefits to the people of the state.
