Ranchi, April 27: The spirit of patriotism swept through Dhurva today as Yuva Mahavir Dal organised an impassioned candle march from Panchmukhi Mandir to the historic Old Vidhan Sabha Bhawan, voicing strong opposition to Pakistan.

The march, led by a large contingent of youth activists, made its way through Sector-2 market, culminating in a solemn tribute to fallen martyrs with a two-minute silence at the final gathering point.

Throughout the rally, the air was charged with fervent slogans such as:

  • “Down with Pakistan!”
  • “Hindustan Zindabad!”
  • “Central Government, give a befitting reply to Pakistan!”
  • “Destroy the terrorists!”
  • “The whole of India is one!”

These powerful chants resonated across the area, igniting a visible sense of unity and national pride among participants. The passion and determination of the youth were unmistakable.

Addressing the gathering, senior Congress leader Alok Kumar Dubey emphasised India’s unwavering unity and cultural harmony:
“The nation has rejected those who seek to divide us on religious lines. India’s true identity lies in its Ganga-Jamuni tehzeeb, embraced by every Indian. Despite challenges, we stand together. Those who spread hatred will never succeed. Our country remains a shining example of love, unity, and brotherhood.”

The event saw active participation from a host of youth leaders including Sanjeet Yadav, Mantu Yadav, Bittu Kumar, Abhishek Sahu, Ravi Shankar Singh, Parmeshwar Ram, Bablu Sharma, Ranjan Yadav, Mehul Dubey, Amit Kumar, Maheshwari Kumari, Riya Kumari, Sandhya Kumari, Kavya Kumari, Satya Kumari, and Tanya Kumari.

Through this spirited initiative, Yuva Mahavir Dal sent a resounding message:
“Any attempt to divide India will be met with fierce resistance. Terrorism and its supporters will face a strong and united reply.”

This powerful demonstration not only reinforced the spirit of patriotism in the region but also showcased the collective resolve of India’s youth to remain vigilant against threats to national unity.
