Ranchi, Jan 4: Ranchi Deputy Commissioner (DC) Manjunath Bhajantri has directed all schools in the district—private, government, high, secondary, and primary—to remain closed on January 6 and 7 due to the cold wave.

However, the DC has instructed that headmasters, teaching staff, and non-teaching staff of all government high, secondary, and primary schools must report to school and carry out their duties during the mentioned period, adhering to the scheduled working hours.

Classes for KG to Standard 8 suspended from January 7 to January 13

SCHOOL NOTIFICATION

Meanwhile, the School Education and Literacy Department announced the suspension of classes for KG to Standard 8 from January 7 to January 13 due to the cold wave.
