In the last over of the match Delhi Capitals were forced to have only 4 fielders outside the 30-yard circle as a result of the slow over-rate penalty.

This marks the third occasion that Pant has been penalized for his team’s slow over rate. While fines were imposed for the first two instances, this time, due to Delhi Capitals’ repeated violation of the IPL Code of Conduct, Pant faces a one-match suspension.
