Ranchi, July 18: Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad will be the acting Chief Justice of the Jharkhand High Court. The Union Law Ministry has issued a notification for this.
Notably, Chief Justice of the Jharkhand High Court Bidyut Ranjan Sarangi is retiring on 20th July. Friday is his last working day.
Therefore, after him, the seniormost judge of the High Court, Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad has been given the charge of acting Chief Justice.
