Bijapur, Dec 13: Two Naxals were killed in Chhattisgarh’s Bijapur district on Friday, according to police.
Police officials reported that two Naxals were killed in an encounter with security forces on Friday morning in the forest of Nendra and Punnur villages which falls within the jurisdiction of the Basaguda Police station area.

The gunfight occurred in the morning when a team of security personnel was conducting an anti-Naxalite operation.
Police officials stated that two 12-bore guns, Naxal uniforms, literature, explosives, and other materials related to the Naxals were recovered from the scene.
