Noida, May 5: Three men were arrested in Noida for allegedly running a scheme that promised to help candidates pass NEET UG 2025 exam in exchange for money. The Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force (STF) uncovered the operation, which targeted families of exam aspirants.

Acting on intelligence received on May 3, the STF Noida team raided an office in Sector-3, under the jurisdiction of Police Station Phase-1, and took the suspects into custody.

The arrested individuals have been identified as Vikram Kumar Sah, Dharmpal Singh, and Aniket Kumar.
Investigators said the gang had reached out to candidates’ relatives ahead of the May 4 exam, demanding money in exchange for manipulating results.
As per the Ministry of Education, over 20.8 lakh students appeared for the NEET UG 2025 examination held on May 4 across 548 Indian cities and 14 overseas centres.
