Usha Martin University hosts session on nurturing future leadership

 

Ranchi, Oct 11: Usha Martin University (UMU) organised an engaging and thought-provoking session titled “Nurturing Future Leadership: Review and Reflection” for its senior academic and administrative leaders. The initiative aimed to strengthen leadership development and promote a culture of excellence in higher education.

The interactive session was led by Dr. Amir Khusru Akhter, Dean (Research), and Dr. Arvind Hans, Dean (Faculty), who shared valuable insights on cultivating leadership potential within academic institutions. Their presentations focused on the key aspects of modern leadership, including innovation, financial prudence, strategic decision-making, and the ability to inspire and empower teams.

The event was graced by Prof. Milind, Pro Vice-Chancellor; Dr. Shiv Pratap Verma, Registrar; Prof. B. N. Sinha, Dean (Academics); and Dr. Anil Kumar Mishra, Campus Director. All Heads of Departments and senior members of the university management participated with great enthusiasm.
