Jamshedpur, Dec 28: A western disturbance passing through northern parts of the country is likely to impact Jharkhand’s weather in the next 72 hours, said a Met bulletin issued by IMD’s Ranchi Meteorological Centre.
Several districts including the Kolhan region today witnessed cloud formation. Fog and mist were also seen at many places.
Weathermen said the approaching western disturbance would pass through the mid-troposphere.

The minimum temperature witnessed a rise in most places including Ranchi and Jamshedpur.
The minimum reading went up to 12 degrees Celsius in Ranchi while Jamshedpur recorded 14.6 degrees.
Daltonganj today recorded a minimum temperature of 10.8 degrees Celsius while Bokaro recorded 12.1 degrees.
Chaibasa in neighbouring West Singhbhum today recorded a minimum temperature of 14 degrees Celsius
All the other places across Jharkhand also witnessed a rise in minimum temperature during the past 24 hours.
