Ranchi, February 25: A workshop on “Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of New Compassionate Employment, Monetary Compensation by CIL & Employment Application Tracking System” was organized on Saturday by Manpower Dept. of CCL (Central Coalfields Limited).
H N Mishra, Director(P), CCL highlighted the importance of the new SOP on Compassionate Employment & Online Employment Application Tracking System and emphasized on the efficiency & transparency of the earliest disposal of compassionate employment cases.
He also discussed about other sensitive issues which raise grievances. Kavita Gupta, HoD (Manpower) explained the newly developed Employment application Tracking System and about the SOP in detail.
H N Mishra, Director (P) along with Rama Kant Pandey, GM (HRD), Sanjay Kumar Thakur, GM (P-EE) and HODs of other dept, Area SOPs, Area Nodal Officer of 9.3.0 were present in the workshop.
Kavita Gupta, HoD (Manpower) and her team played an important role in organizing the workshop and making it successful.
