Jamshedpur, February 19: XLRI – Xavier School of Management has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Centific Global Technologies, marking a significant step in strengthening industry–academia collaboration in the domain of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and AI-driven strategies.
The MoU was formally signed by Prof. Kanagaraj Ayyalusamy, Convenor – Corporate Relations and Placements, XLRI, and Lakshmi Narasimhan Rangachari, General Manager – India, along with Pooja Michael Anthony, Global Head – Workforce Solutions and Talent, representing Centific Global Technologies.

The partnership reflects a shared vision to develop future-ready talent and accelerate innovation at the intersection of management education and advanced technologies.

Under this strategic alliance, XLRI and Centific will collaborate on research, consulting, executive training, academic engagement and talent development. The initiative aims to provide meaningful opportunities for students and faculty to engage with global industry leaders and address real-world challenges in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

The signing ceremony was witnessed by Prof. Rahul Shukla, Chairperson – Admissions; Prof. Harshit Kumar Singh; and Prof. Farheen Fathima Shaik of XLRI, along with Titli Banerjee, Outreach Lead, Centific Global Technologies.
The event was coordinated by Himanshu Shekhar, Senior Manager, XLRI Jamshedpur.
