Conducted by ICC Convenor and certified POSH trainer Prof. Ayatakshee Sarkar, the session covered key legal provisions, the role of the ICC, confidentiality protocols, and the broader ethical responsibilities of campus stakeholders.

In all, 146 participants engaged in the interactive session, which ended with a Q&A addressing real-time concerns.

Similar sessions were earlier conducted for students, reflecting XLRI’s holistic approach to campus safety and dignity.
