Jamshedpur, Dec 16: XLRI Jamshedpur successfully hosted Ingenium 6.0, its flagship startup conclave, organised by the PGDM General Management Batch of 2025–26, bringing together founders, industry leaders, and students to deliberate on how purpose-driven enterprises can build resilience and scale sustainably in an era of rapid technological and market flux.

The conclave opened with a traditional Lamp Lighting Ceremony graced by Prof. Sanjay Patro, Prof. Sunil Sarangi, and Prof. Purna Chandra Padhan, along with the distinguished speakers.
In their inaugural addresses, Prof. Sanjay Patro and Prof. Purna Chandra Padhan reflected on the evolving definition of enduring businesses amid demographic shifts, technological disruption, and transitions such as the automotive industry’s move from ICE to EV.

They emphasised that while markets and models evolve, founders must balance adaptability with a deep understanding of customer needs and long-term purpose.

Discussions focused on the role of early teams in shaping culture, choosing aligned investors, and staying close to customer realities.
Insights spanned GenAI adoption, SaaS scalability, sustainability-led innovation, and data-driven logistics intelligence.

Panel 2: The Founder’s Dilemma – Scaling with Soul
