Business paradigms and pragmatic formula for success

Addressing a diverse audience at the ‘CEO Dialogue: Interaction with Young Indians’ session, Sabharwal challenged the traditional notion of a carefree ‘anything goes’ approach in business. He highlighted the escalating global competition and stressed that compromising on quality is no longer an option.

He introduced a pragmatic formula for success, urging entrepreneurs to allocate one-third of their profits to employee and personal salaries, one-third to business development, and one-third to debt reduction.
